Chad Hayes is the Managing Partner at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville, but his journey with the dealership began much earlier—back in high school, where he gained hands-on experience across multiple departments. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, Chad now leads the Gainesville store with a focus on customer service, community, and innovation. He lives in Oakwood, Georgia, with wife and two kids and enjoys cycling in his free time. Whether he's riding through North Georgia or helping customers find their perfect vehicle, Chad brings energy, passion, and a deep-rooted commitment to the Hayes family legacy.

Matt Hayes is the Managing Partner of Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, and Chevrolet in Baldwin, Georgia. He and his wife, Randi, are proud residents of Habersham County where they have enjoyed raising their three children, AJ, Cassidy, and Brooke. Matt got his start in the family business working in the parts and body shop during high school—an experience that laid the foundation for his leadership today. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to community, Matt is actively involved with the local Rotary Club. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, hunting, or riding motorcycles with his dad and son—carrying on both tradition and adventure across generations.

Dusty Hayes is the Managing Partner at Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lawrenceville, but his roots with the dealership go all the way back to his high school days, where he learned the ropes in just about every department. After earning a Finance degree from UGA’s Terry College of Business, he climbed the ranks from Used Car Manager to General Manager before taking the wheel as Managing Partner in 2020. He’s been happily married for 20 years, is a dad to four awesome kids, and calls Statham, Georgia home. When he’s not at the dealership, you’ll probably catch him coaching youth sports or squeezing in a workout.
